State Properties Corporation (SPC) is announcing a major new landmark: The Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity’s technology-driven, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered museum set to open in 2030 on a 3,350-square-meter site in Alabang Global City.
Envisioned as a space for learning, civic participation, and tourism, the museum was developed by the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity (FLP) in partnership with the Supreme Court and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). Its launch was marked by a Capsule-Laying Ceremony on September 2, 2026, at the Versailles Palace, where SPC joined the partner organizations to celebrate the milestone.

A Museum Built for the Future
FLP’s Founder and Chairperson, retired Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban, described the project as the realization of a long-held dream: A futuristic, immersive, interactive museum that embodies the safeguarding of liberty and the nurturing of prosperity under the rule of law. He said it is not meant to be a memorial to the past, but rather a museum that will keep evolving as the future does.

Supreme Court Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo called the museum "another seed planted in the continuing work of the foundation." He said it will not be a museum in the traditional sense, but a technology-driven center that brings the constitution, the legal system, and the country's judicial history closer to the public, especially the youth.
What Visitors Can Expect
Artificial intelligence runs through the whole experience. At the ceremony, guests saw a demonstration of an AI-powered conversational robotic prototype of retired Chief Justice Panganiban, which served as an early look at the robots to be modeled after distinguished figures in justice, economics, and civic leadership that visitors will meet at the museum. Guests will also be able to interact with holographic justices in Justice Hall.
The planned spaces inside the museum include galleries on liberty and prosperity, a multipurpose theater, a small chapel, and commercial spaces. Two galleries were previewed:
- Justice Hall: A simulated court where visitors can learn about the constitution, trace how a case moves through the justice system, interact with holographic justices, and decide cases through interactive games.
- Economic Hall: It is where visitors can follow the evolution of money from traditional forms of exchange to modern transactions, explore the country’s global trade and economy, and learn more about financial institutions, such as the BSP.
The Future-Ready Vision
As State Properties Corporation continues to shape Alabang Global City into a premier destination, the dedication of the museum underscores a long-term commitment to social enrichment. Once its doors open to the public in 2030, FLP’s museum will stand not just as a technological marvel, but as a central pillar of a community that champions both progress and the rule of law.
