At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the management of a high-end Mall or residential properties, preferably mid-cost to high-end residential subdivision/properties.
Good management exposure and customer service training
Preferably a graduate of Accounting or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or Architecture.
Willing to be assigned in Daang Hari, Las Piñas City.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day operation of a mall and high-end residential and commercial subdivision located in Alabang, Las Piñas
Ensures proper implementation of property rules and regulations.
Supervises the preservation and cleanliness of the entire property. Makes sure that all common areas, including parks, roads, clubhouse, and parking are cleaned and well-maintained.
Monitors the work plans of the Landscape Horticulturist and gardeners to ensure that surroundings are clean, shrubs and plants are well-maintained, and landscape designs of the property is well-kept.
Handles and resolves complaints from mall tenants/residents and guests.
Optimize operating efficiency and maintain the best condition of all subdivision’s equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
Coordinates with proper channels all concerns regarding safety policies, escalation procedures, and activities such as fire drills and emergency response procedures. Implements continuity of business plans in times of emergency and calamity.
Plans and implements preventive maintenance programs to minimize, if not eliminate operational downtime and breakdown.
